Schneider TM & Jochen Arbeit

Dirk Dresselhaus (Schneider TM) is a Berlin based musician specializing in guitar and electronics and performs under the solo moniker Schneider TM. He also performed in a group in the 1990s called Hip Young Things but now finds his time split between Schneider TM, a group called Locust Fudge (alongside Christopher Uhe (Krite), Chikara Aoshima and sometimes dancer Tomoko Nakasato ) and then finally being the other half of die Angel with Ilpo Väisänen when not engaged in soundtracks from everything from dance, plays and anywhere else his music is needed and lended. ‘Schneider’ (as he is known) teamed up with Einstürzende Neubauten / Die Haut guitarist Jochen Arbeit for their release on Erototox Decodings entitled RA. The two had already released another record in 2016 entitled ASS (Bureau B) along with Günter Schickert (Ziguri). Though this one is of just the two and the recording was done much earlier. It also includes the cellowork of cellist Julia Kent and saxophonist and experimental sound artist Lucio Capece as well as featuring the cover art by artist Olaf Boqwist. RA is the first record on Erototox Decodings to be available on CD, Vinyl LP and digital formats.
